We’re passionate about keeping plastics out of landfills. Our sheet is created from up to 100% recycled PET that can be recycled over and over again in an infinite loop. With our state-of-the-art technology, our goal is to recycle difficult PET plastics (Multilayer, Co-Extrusion, dark colours, Reds & Yellows) and turn them into up to 100% Recycled Sheet Grade PET Plastic (rPET).

Our process starts by purchasing PET plastic bales from municipal recycling facilities (MRF’s) in Canada and the Northern US. These plastics are sorted and ground into flakes then washed and purified to produce food grade rPET sheet. These rolls of sheet are the perfect choice for producing Thermoform PET products that can be recycled through local curbside collection programs.

With our extensive experience in the recycling industry, we only make packaging that is fully recyclable and works with today’s material recovery facilities (MRF’s). We are signatories to the Canada Plastics Pact and adhere to the Golden Design Rules.
